What True Health Means
FreeRangers didn’t start as a business — it started from lived experience and timeless truths.
Our health is shaped by what we eat, how we live, and what we stay connected to. Somewhere along the way, many people have lost touch with that.
FreeRangers is a community first. The business exists to support it.
Meet Gary
For over five decades, Gary Moller has helped thousands improve their health, performance, and quality of life.
His approach is built on real-world experience, not trends, helping people understand what the body needs to function, recover, and perform long term.
Whether chasing world-class performance or simply living with more energy, resilience, and freedom, Gary has helped people achieve lasting results.
Competing since his teens and now in his 70s, Gary has spent a lifetime testing these principles through training, racing, recovery, and performance.
In recent years, Gary has continued to compete at the elite end of Masters sport, earning four rainbow jerseys in mountain biking across Olympic and marathon distances. In his latest 70+ campaign he was ranked number two in the world in cyclocross, and there's no sign of slowing down.
Gary's work has been shared across trusted platforms and conversations in health and performance — including Reality Check Radio, alongside voices such as Lisa Tamati and Dr. Wendy Myers.
Meet Alofa
Alofa supports the financial and administrative side of FreeRangers, helping keep the business organised, grounded, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
With a strong eye for detail and a practical, steady approach, Alofa plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the FreeRangers Marketplace, including finance, administration, coordination, records, and internal processes.
Alofa also reflects the FreeRangers spirit through her active lifestyle and long-standing involvement in New Zealand’s mountain biking and multisport community. Her participation in local events speaks to the values at the heart of FreeRangers: resilience, discipline, health, outdoor living, and community connection
Warm, reliable, and quietly capable, Alofa helps provide the structure and support needed for FreeRangers to grow as a trusted marketplace and movement for stronger, healthier families.
Meet Maxi
Maxi brings youthful energy, creativity, practicality, and a strong sense of purpose to the FreeRangers team.
As Director of Operations and Growth, she supports key areas of the FreeRangers Marketplace, including marketplace development, product presentation, branding, social media, communications, customer engagement, creative direction, and community growth.
Maxi has a strong background in operations, marketing, campaign execution, and business growth. In a previous company, she successfully led a campaign that generated over $1.4 million in sales in just one month, marking a major sales breakthrough on a single platform.
She plays an important role in helping FreeRangers grow from an idea and philosophy into a living, practical community built around health, resilience, freedom, real food, and stronger families.
With warmth, fresh ideas, and a willingness to work hard and learn quickly, Maxi helps carry the FreeRangers mission forward for a new generation.
A small, committed team building something that matters.
A growing problem.
Over time, Gary began to see a growing problem.
People were becoming overwhelmed — confused by conflicting advice and surrounded by products that promised everything, yet delivered very little.
More importantly, they were losing touch with the fundamentals:
- Real nutrition
- Balance in the body
- Trust in how the body is designed to work
- Connection with nature and the environment
- Strong, supportive community
- A sense of purpose beyond oneself
This shift didn't happen overnight.
When Gary was growing up, New Zealand was one of the best places in the world by key health measures. Today, we are slipping toward the bottom of the developed world across many of those same indicators.
Something has gone wrong — and it needs to change.
The answer isn't more complexity. It's a return to what works, and a willingness to take responsibility.
Responsibility for our own health.
Responsibility for our families.
Responsibility for our communities.
And ultimately, responsibility for the kind of country we create.
It wasn't more information people needed.
They needed access.
- Access to better products
- Trusted guidance
- A system they could rely on
Built to be that system.
FreeRangers was built to be that system.
Not just a marketplace — but a place where people can step away from low-quality, harmful products and return to what truly supports their health.
A place where:
- You don't have to second-guess what you're buying
- You can trust the quality behind every product
- You can support your body — not work against it
This isn't just about one person's health.
It's about families. It's about future generations.
Because stronger individuals create stronger families — and stronger families create stronger communities.
Creating the best place in the world to live and raise a family.
This is what FreeRangers stands for.
Not perfection. Not extremes.
But a return to what works.
To strength. To freedom.
